Terms of Service

Terms governing the use of LapakLive platform, software licenses, subscriptions, cancellation, and limitation of liability.

1. Agreement to Terms

By registering, accessing, or using the LapakLive platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you possess the authority to legally bind such entity.

2. Account Responsibility & Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your workspace credentials, managing team staff roles (RBAC), and monitoring all operational activities within your store. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of security.

3. Subscriptions, Invoicing & Cancellation

  • Billing Cycle: Service fees are invoiced on a monthly basis according to the selected subscription plan (Starter, Business, or Pro).
  • Free Trial: New merchants are entitled to a 14-day free trial period without upfront credit card requirements.
  • Cancellation Policy: There are no long-term contractual lock-ins. You may cancel your subscription or request non-renewal at any time by contacting our support team prior to your next recurring billing cycle.
  • Refunds: Payments made are non-refundable for the active billing cycle except where mandated by statutory consumer protection laws.

4. Third-Party Platforms & RTMP Compliance

LapakLive's simulcast broadcast features utilize standard RTMP streams and platform webhooks to distribute content to destinations including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and TikTok. Merchants are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring all broadcast content and listed merchandise strictly comply with each third-party platform's Community Standards and Commerce Policies.
  • Safeguarding configured RTMP Stream Keys and endpoint tokens.
  • Acknowledging that LapakLive holds no liability for penalties, stream terminations, or account restrictions imposed by third-party hosting networks.

5. Merchant Obligations & Commerce Fulfillment

LapakLive delivers software tooling for comment listening, inventory holds, and payment routing. Merchants retain full and independent responsibility for product authenticity, parcel packaging, courier dispatch, dispute resolution, buyer returns, and applicable sales tax compliance.

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LapakLive's aggregate financial liability for any claims arising under or related to these terms shall be limited to the total subscription fees paid by you to LapakLive during the three (3) months preceding the incident.

7. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith amicable negotiation before resorting to formal legal proceedings.
