Do buyers need to download an app?
No. Buyers open the checkout link from their DM or scan a QR code and pay in their phone's browser.
What if a buyer doesn't pay?
Stock is held for the time you choose (15 minutes by default), then released automatically for other buyers.
How does LapakLive connect to my live stream?
LapakLive uses standard RTMP streaming and secure webhook integrations. You simply configure the official RTMP URL and Stream Key from each platform — we never ask for or store your social account passwords.
Can I stream on several platforms at once?
Yes. With simulcast, one live session connects to FB, IG, YouTube, and TikTok with a single shared stock pool.
Which payment methods are supported?
QRIS, bank virtual accounts and popular e-wallets. Funds are settled to your shop’s account through the payment gateway.
